It is possible to take advantage of many sponsorship opportunities. Proposals of sponsor packages are available, but any form of sponsoring (technical, financial or any other) to promote the conference or increase its quality is very welcome.
To become a conference sponsor please contact dr Jaroslaw Janiszewski (jaroslaw.janiszewski@pwr.edu.pl).
Below please find proposals of sponsorship for EMC Europe 2016.

Diamond Sponsor - € 12 000 + VAT
The Diamond Sponsorship will include the followings:
- 4 complimentary Symposium Registration including tickets to the Symposium Cocktail and Symposium Banquet
- Complimentary completely equipped double-standard exhibition booth (2 m by 4 m)
- „Diamond sponsor” on badges of company representatives
- Single page full-color advertisement in the Symposium Final Programme (on the internal cover’s page, if available)
- Acknowledgement as „Diamond Sponsor” in the Symposium Final Programme and Symposium Proceedings (on the USB memory stick), as well as on Symposium
information boards
- Placing sponsor’s own advertisement (i.e. roll-ups, dim. 0,5m x 2 m) in the places often visited by participants
- Acknowledgement as „Diamond Sponsor” on Symposium website with the link to the sponsor website
- Company’s leaflet advertisement in Conference bags
- Possibility of presentation of the company during company sessions (time and schedule has to be negotiated)
Ruby Sponsorship - € 8 000 + VAT
The Ruby Sponsorship will include the followings:
- 3 complimentary Symposium Registration including tickets to the Symposium Cocktail and Symposium Banquet
- Complimentary completely equipped standard exhibition booth (2 m by 2 m)
- „Ruby sponsor” on badges of company representatives
- Single page full-color advertisement in the Symposium Final Programme
- Acknowledgement as „Ruby Sponsor” in the Symposium Final Programme and Symposium Proceedings (on the USB memory stick), as well as on Symposium

Sponsor - € 2 000 + VAT
The Sponsorship will include the followings:
- „Sponsor” on badges of company representatives,
- Single page full-color advertisement in the Symposium Final Programme
- Acknowledgement as „Sponsor” in the Symposium Final Programme and Symposium Proceedings (on the USB memory stick), as well as on Symposium information boards
- Acknowledgement as „Sponsor” on Symposium website with the link to the sponsor website
- Company’s leaflet advertisement in Conference bags
Sponsorship is possible for the Coctail and the Banquet as well as additional services and changes of sponsorship are welcome, but have to be negotiated with organizers.
