Please note that detailed typesetting instructions for final papers are the same as for preliminary contribution.
According to the new IEEE Xplore Requirements for PDF, all conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. To this aim, IEEE PDF eXpress must be used to assure the compatibility with IEEE requirements.
Before conversion source document to pdf format, author shall add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document and proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. To attain IEEE Xplore -compatible PDF use the IEEE PDF eXpress tool (http://www.pdf-express.org) for conversion source file (DOC, LaTeX) or PDF for checking.
For file conversion please create an IEEE PDF eXpress account using Conference ID: 35796x. Extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support are on this site ((http://www.pdf-express.org).
Upload final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF using the EMC EUROPE 2016 conference system (www.conftool.com/EMCEurope2016/) .
After login in conference system you must select select ”Your Submissions” and click on “Submit a Full Paper for EMC Europe 2016” and fill in all requested information. Please make sure to enter information for all authors.
As already mentioned final paper submissions are expected not later than May 16, 2016. Please take into account that we work to a tight submission reviewing schedule and production schedule of the Symposium Proceedings and therefore deadline is hard and does not subject to negotiations.
